The Chairman of the Board-Rector and the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of "Karaganda Medical University" NCJSC participated in the work of official delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, led by the First Vice-Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, T.S. Sultangaziyev, to the Republic of Tatarstan fr om July 13 to 14, 2026. 
As part of the visit's program, a working meeting was held with the Rector of Kazan State Medical University, Airat Farrakhov. The parties discussed prospects for developing cooperation in the field of medical education and science, implementing joint educational programs, academic mobility for students and faculty members, and conducting joint scientific research.



During the visit, the delegation familiarized themselves with modern educational and clinical sites in the Republic of Tatarstan, visiting the Cadaver Center of Kazan State Medical University, the "AMTEC" educational center, the Republican Clinical Hospital, the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital, the State Clinical Hospital No. 7, the Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center, and the production site of "EIDOS," a company specializing in the development of medical simulation technologies.
On the second day of the working trip, meetings were held with the Acting Chairman of the State Council and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, wh ere the development of international cooperation, the implementation of innovative technologies in medical education, and the exchange of best practices in training medical staff were addressed.



The participation of Karaganda Medical University’s management in this working visit marks an important milestone in enhancing the university's international cooperation, expanding partnerships with leading educational and medical organizations, and advancing joint projects in the fields of medical education, science, and healthcare.
