On April 30, 2026, an intellectual quiz titled “Book is a Path to Medicine: From Papyrus to Digital Technologies” was held at the university library dedicated to the National Book Day.
Students from the School of Medicine took part in the event. The participants were offered an informative program aimed at expanding their knowledge on the history of medicine, the development of scientific thought, and modern digital technologies in healthcare.
The quiz was conducted in a team format and included several thematic rounds covering different phases of history — from ancient medical treatises to the achievements of modern digital medicine and artificial intelligence. Assignments in the form of “True or False” were of particular interest, as well as questions dedicated to outstanding scholars and milestone stages of the development of medical science.
During the event, students demonstrated extensive knowledge, logical thinking, and team collaboration.
At the end of the quiz, winners and prizewinners were selected and awarded diplomas and memorable prizes in a festive setting.
Conducting such events contribute to the development of academic culture, foster interest in scientific knowledge, and strengthen the educational environment of the university.
